"Good delivery, but slower than expected"
I ordered a few bath bombs and a shower gel from lush.com, and overall the package showed up in good shape. Nothing was smashed or leaking, and the box was packed decently, so I was happy about that part.
I’m giving it 4 stars because shipping took a couple days longer than the estimate, and the tracking barely updated at first, which always makes me a little nervous. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because I don’t trust them to be much help with shipping stuff, but it worked out in the end. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed it quickly

Everything was packed really well, no leaks at all, which was a relief. Nice and clean when it arrived!

"Ordering was fine, but checkout was kind of a hassle"
The site itself worked well, and finding what I wanted was easy enough. But, um, the checkout part felt like it dragged on longer than it needed to. I got through it eventually, but yeah... it was a little annoying

"Good products, but not exactly cheap"
I’ve ordered from Lush a few times now and, to be fair, most of the stuff I’ve tried has been really good. The bath bombs smell great and the soaps seem to last a decent amount of time. I don’t really buy into all the shiny feel-good wording companies use on their sites, so I mostly judge by whether the product actually works. One shampoo bar wasn’t great for my hair, but aside from that I’ve been happy with what I got. Just wish it was a bit less expensive...

"Super gentle on my sensitive skin"
I have sensitive skin, so I’m always a bit nervous trying anything new because my face usually gets red or itchy. I ordered this from lush.com and tested just a small amount first, it worked really well for me. No burning, no random dry patches, and my skin didn’t freak out at all. Delivery was straightforward too, which was a nice bonus. For my skin, this feels like a win, and I’d definitely buy it again.

"Love what they’re all about"
I’ve been buying from Lush for years, and I just really like what they stand for. The low-waste packaging is a big plus, and it’s nice knowing they actually care about animals. Their products work really well too, so I keep coming back.

"Worth paying a little extra"
I wasn’t looking for the cheapest option, but after using this for a while, I can see why it costs a bit more. It’s held up better than I expected and feels like good quality in everyday use. Based on that, I don’t really mind paying a little extra for it.

"I ordered a few bath bombs and..."
I ordered a few bath bombs and I was a bit unsure at first because some can smell really fake or too strong, but these were lovely. The scent is so good and my bathroom smells nice for ages after using one. Really reassuring when something actually turns out as nice as you hoped. I’m really happy with them
